Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Cayan Motors (“Platform”). These Terms include important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, as well as certain exclusions and limitations.
By accessing or using the Cayan Motors Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform or Service at all.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law to use the Service.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account on the Platform.
All communications on the Platform must be respectful. Discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Cayan Motors follows applicable regulations under the Human Rights Act. Users are expected to comply with these regulations, and violations may result in penalties or account termination.
The customer is responsible for insuring the vehicle during shipping. This must be coordinated with international shipping companies approved by Cayan Motors. Cayan Motors is not responsible for any issues that arise during and after purchase and shipping.
Dealers, representatives or agents in any country may not hold Cayan Motors responsible for disclosing information related to advertisers, branches or agencies in relation to specific advertisements or listings on the Platform.
The End Customer shall not have the right to make claims against Cayan Motors for any financial transactions. The Platform does not directly handle payments from the End Customer. Instead, it connects customers with authorized shipping companies, which are responsible for collecting commercial fees, not Cayan Motors.
Other car buying and selling platforms may not copy, use, modify or share any advertising data from the Cayan Motors Platform without the direct written consent of Cayan Motors. No one may republish any advertisement without the written consent and permission of Cayan Motors, even if any part of the advertisement has been modified or the advertisement has been published in part.
No third-party platform may exploit repetitive advertisements or advertisers on the Platform to take legal action against Cayan Motors, either directly or indirectly.
Car dealers outside the Platform are prohibited from using the Platform to promote their personal interests without Cayan Motors’ direct written consent.
If the Platform or Service is used in a manner that violates these Terms, Cayan Motors reserves the right to pursue formal legal action. This right applies to any individual, company, dealership, or other platform involved in such a violation.
Cayan Motors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the modified Terms on the Platform and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Cayan Motors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cayan Motors is registered, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cayan Motors regarding your use of the Platform and Services.
